Acquisition of Advertising Technology Company Connextra

Betgenius Limited, owner of the industry leading odds
comparison service bestbetting.com, has acquired Connextra
Limited, the UKs foremost provider of analytical
and real time marketing tools for online advertisers.
The sale was completed for £1.74 million. The
combination of Betgenius and Connextra creates the pre-eminent
provider of marketing and data services to the gambling
industry.
With 85% of Connextras clients in the gambling
industry, there are substantial opportunities for Betgenius
to provide a wider range of services to bookmakers,
and develop innovative new products for the gambling
industry.
